Account Deletion

You can delete your Gustus account at any time. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data when you do.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Gustus app
  2. Navigate to the Profile screen
  3. Tap the Delete Account button
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion
  5. Type "DELETE" when prompted to confirm

Method 2: By Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to eldelielev@gmail.com
  2. Use the email address associated with your Gustus account
  3. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  4. Specify that you want to permanently delete your account

We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days) and confirm deletion once completed.

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before proceeding.

You will be signed out of the app immediately after deletion. If you try to sign in again with the same Google account, you will need to create a new account.
